Greetings from Robie -I'm one of the proud owners of this amazing Lake View property, I can't wait to tell you about it. We have lake views from almost every room and from all porches. We are also less than a mile from the lake access at Cody Park - which has remained open for boat launching despite the drought. The main house has: DOWNSTAIRS: 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, living room, kitchen, side by side washer dryer huge front porch and huge back porch. UPSTAIRS: 2 bedrooms, 1 full bath, 1 half bath, huge living room and kitchen, stackable washer and dryer and AMAZING porch. There is also a space that has 3 bunk beds but can easily become an elevator shaft. DON'T FORGET - we also have a BACKHOUSE!! Hollah! It's fully finished and has 1 bedroom, living room, loft that can hold 3 twin beds, fridge, microwave, sink and FULL BATH. This home has it all... you will love it! Why are we selling?? Sadly, we've moved away - and just can't enjoy it like we expected.
